I’m Cait! I’ve been birth doula since 2016. In addition to being a doula, I’m also a student midwife and herbalist. I offer birth and postpartum doula services, placenta encapsulation, private herbal consulting, and more!
I currently practice in the Willamette Valley.
Our Services
Unlimited pregnancy education & support
4 weeks on call
2 prenatal visits,
labor & delivery
2 postpartum visits.
During the night, I provide sleep support. During the day, I help with nutrition and herbal support, helping to tailor tinctures and teas to fit your postpartum needs. I also help with newborn care. I’m here for all types of feeding and offer extensive breastfeeding support.
Charged by the hour: $35 for daytime, $40 for nighttime.
The size of your placenta determines how many capsules you will get. On average people will receive 100-250 capsules. After all this, the capsules will get packaged into a recyclable glass jar with instructions on storage and dose. This jar is then delivered to your home within the first week.
My Philosophy is Simple,
Every woman should have access to a doula. A doula is your labor coach, your confidant, your teacher, and most importantly your tour guide in the journey of childbirth. By utilizing my work ethic and compassion I stand with women throughout their entire pregnancy and birth experience.
