Nice to MEET YOU!
I’m Cait! I’ve been a birth doula since 2016. In addition to being a doula, I’m also a student midwife and herbalist. Currently, I am a Phlebotomist and a Medical Assistant as well.
I offer birth and postpartum doula services, placenta encapsulation & art, private herbal consulting, and more!
I currently practice in the Willamette Valley.

Extra support for you and your little one during the first 6 weeks. During the day, let me help you get some rest, nutrition, and a much-needed shower. At night, I’m happy to stay up with your little one for those nighttime feeds.
Charged by the hour: $50 for daytime, $60 for nighttime.
The size of your placenta determines how many capsules you will get. On average people will receive 100-250 capsules. After all this, the capsules will get packaged into a recyclable glass jar with instructions on storage and dose. This jar is then delivered to your home within the first week.
My Philosophy is Simple,
Birth Matters; A person's birthing experience is something that they’ll carry with them for the rest of their life. As part of someone’s birth team I make it a priority to respect the space and people around me, acknowledging the importance of this event.
Pregnancy Is Not a Disease; nor a condition that needs to be treated or cured. Rather pregnancy is a normal, yet life changing experience where women become mothers.
Individualized Care; No two families are identical, so neither will be their birth experience. In order to be the most effective doula I can be, I spend time getting to know and understand my clients.
Evidence-Based Care; It’s through education that women can empower themselves to find and make the choices best for themselves and their families. I offer many resources for education.
Together we can enlighten even the smallest of beginnings.
